  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g cold butter (cubed)
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and slice the apples, then toss with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
