  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread (80 g)
  • 1 ripe avocado (150 g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes or lemon juice for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.

  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice if desired.
