Prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the feta cheese block in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
Season generously: Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
Bake until creamy: Bake for 30–35 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta turns soft and slightly golden.
Boil the pasta: While the feta bakes, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
Mash and mix: Remove the dish from the oven. Mash the baked feta and tomatoes together to form a creamy sauce. Add a bit of pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
Combine and serve: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
