  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: almonds, chia seeds, Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Heat the base: Add milk and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
