  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Garlic Butter Rice:
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups water or broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste
  • For Serving:
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1 – Prep the Salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Step 2 – Cook the Rice: In a pot, cook rice with water or broth until fluffy. Melt butter in the pot, stir in garlic, and combine with the rice.

  3. Step 3 – Heat the Pan: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  4. Step 4 – Sear the Salmon Bites: Add the salmon cubes in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
