Prep chicken: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (~1.5 cm). Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Coat: Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides (3–4 minutes each).
Assemble: Place cooked chicken in a baking dish, spoon marinara sauce on top, and add mozzarella.
Bake: Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with basil or parsley and serve over spaghetti or with a salad.
