Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 250 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate: Break chocolate into pieces and melt gently using a double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.

  3. Whip cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine: Add egg yolks to melted chocolate, then gently fold in whipped cream and egg whites until smooth and airy.
  5. Chill: Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
