Method
- Season the chicken: Place chicken cubes in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder.

- Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken on medium-high until golden.

- Add butter & garlic: Lower heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

- Pour in the cream: Add heavy cream and mix well.

- Add parmesan: Stir in grated parmesan until the sauce becomes thick and creamy.

- Finish & serveStir in parsley and optional chili flakes. Serve immediately.

Notes
- Add extra parmesan for a thicker sauce.
- Chicken thighs also work great.
- Serve with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
