Ingredients
  

  • For the chicken:
  • 500 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 10 g salt
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 5 g paprika
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • For the sauce:
  • 25 g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (12–15 g), minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g grated parmesan
  • 5 g chopped parsley
  • 2 g chili flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken: Place chicken cubes in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder.

  2. Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken on medium-high until golden.

  3. Add butter & garlic: Lower heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Pour in the cream: Add heavy cream and mix well.

Notes

  • Add extra parmesan for a thicker sauce.
  • Chicken thighs also work great.
  • Serve with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
