- Cook the gnocchi: Bring salted water to a boil, cook gnocchi until they float (2–3 minutes). Drain and set aside.

- Add the spinach: Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted.

- Combine everything: Add the cooked gnocchi, toss to coat, and let it simmer for another minute until creamy and hot.

- Serve: Top with more parmesan, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately! 🍽️
