Ingredients
  

  • Chicken:
  • 600 g chicken breast (3 pieces)
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 6 g salt
  • 3 g pepper
  • 4 g paprika
  • 2 g oregano
  • Feta & Sauce:
  • 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves (10–12 g), minced
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 5 g fresh basil or parsley for serving

Equipment

  • Large non-stick pan
  • Baking dish (ceramic or glass)
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts horizontally and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

  2. Sear lightly: Quickly sear the chicken in olive oil for 1–2 minutes each side (just for color).

  4. Bake: Bake at 200°C for 15–18 minutes until the feta melts and the chicken becomes juicy.

Notes
