Ingredients
  

  • Chicken:
  • 300 g chicken breast, small cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
  • Salt & pepper
  • tbsp oil (15 ml)
  • Garlic Butter Rice:
  • 2 cups cooked rice (cold)
  • 3 tbsp butter (40 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Large non-stick pan

Method
 

  1. Season the Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil and cook chicken until golden and slightly crispy.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best crispiness. Jasmine or basmati works best.
