- Season the Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil and cook chicken until golden and slightly crispy.

- Melt the Garlic Butter: In the same pan melt butter, add minced garlic and cook 20–30 seconds.

- Add the Rice: Add cold rice, break it up, and mix with the garlic butter.

- Make It Crispy: Press rice down and fry 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy underneath.Add soy sauce + sesame oil and mix.

- Serve: Top with the chicken, green onions, and chili flakes.

Notes
Use day-old rice for best crispiness. Jasmine or basmati works best.
