Ingredients
  

  • 200 g ramen noodles (fresh or instant, no seasoning packet)
  • 250 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. SautΓ© the shrimp: In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, minced garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add sauce ingredients: Stir in soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Mix well to combine all flavors.
  5. Combine everything: Add cooked ramen noodles and shrimp back into the pan. Toss well until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish and serve: Top with chopped green onions, coriander, and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!
