Step 3 – Sear the Steak Cubes: Add the steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring, to develop a crust.
Step 4 – Flip & Cook:Flip the cubes and cook another 1–2 minutes until browned on all sides but still juicy inside.
Step 5 – Add Garlic & Butter: Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic, and stir to coat the steak cubes in the garlic herb mixture.
Step 6 – Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.
