- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: Place potato wedges in a large baking dish.

- Season the chicken: In a bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Assemble: Add chicken and potatoes to the baking dish and pour the lemon mixture over everything. Toss lightly to coat.

- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken is golden and potatoes are tender.

- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices and serve warm.
