  • 40 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 80 ml milk
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 1 egg (medium)
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix wet ingredients: In a large microwave-safe mug, add the egg, milk, oil, and Nutella. Whisk well until smooth.

  2. Add dry ingredients: Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the batter is fully combined.
