Method
- Boil the water: Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

- Steep the tea: Add black tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes, then remove them.

- Add peaches: Add sliced peaches to the hot tea and let them infuse for 10 minutes.

- Sweeten: Stir in honey while the tea is still warm until fully dissolved.

- Strain and chill: Strain the tea into a jug, removing peach slices, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Serve: Pour over ice cubes, add fresh peach slices and mint leaves for garnish.

Notes
You can replace honey with agave syrup or sugar. For stronger flavor, let the peaches infuse longer before straining.
