- Prepare the beef: Slice the beef thinly against the grain. Mix it in a bowl with 1 tbsp soy sauce and a dash of sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. π₯©

- Steam the broccoli: In a pan or wok, add a bit of water and steam broccoli for 2β3 minutes until bright green but still crisp. Remove and set aside. π₯¦

- Stir-fry the beef: Heat the wok over high heat, add sesame oil, and cook the beef until browned and slightly caramelized. Remove and set aside. π³

- Make the sauce: In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic, ginger, and onion for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Stir until slightly thickened. πΆ

- Combine everything: Return the beef and broccoli to the wok. Toss well to coat in the glossy sauce. Optionally, add a small knob of butter for extra shine. π§

- Garnish and serve: Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles. π
